What Data Will Be Deleted?

Upon confirmation of your request, we will securely erase the following data associated with your account:

• User Profile Information: This includes your name, email address (or username), profile picture (where applicable), and any other information you provided during registration.
• App Preferences: This includes your settings, saved data within the app, and any other personalized app data.

Please Note:

We may retain anonymized or aggregated data that does not identify you personally for analytical purposes in line with the Central Bank of Kenya’s Data retention policies. Deletion timelines may vary depending on data backups and legal requirements.
